ADT cameras and equipment for Atlanta homes

Control panel
The keypad on the wall. Arm and disarm here or in the app. Photograph any leftover panel before you pull it — common on Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, and Marietta resales.
Door and window sensors
The core of the system. We count them for your Atlanta house, including the garage walk-through.
Doorbell camera
See who is on the porch. Useful for packages on Inman Park, Grant Park, and Virginia-Highland stoops.
Outdoor cameras
Driveway, backyard, and side yard. On Complete. Bring HOA or condo-board camera rules in Buckhead, Midtown, and Peachtree City.
Indoor cameras
Inside the house, if you want them. Midtown boards often forbid hallway cameras.
Smoke detector
Monitored smoke on Secure+ and up. ADT can reach you when you are not home — including a weekday on I-75.
Carbon monoxide
Monitored CO. Ask for it on the quote.
Water sensor
Near a water heater, a laundry room, or a lower level that takes rain. Same ADT watch as the doors.
Smart lock
Lock and unlock from the app on Smart and Complete. Arm from I-75, I-85, I-285, or GA-400 on the way to work.
Thermostat
Optional on Smart. Same app as the alarm. Useful when the house sits empty after school drop-off.
Glass-break sensor
For large windows when a contact is not enough — common on Buckhead and Midtown glass.
ADT app
Arm, disarm, alerts, and video on supported plans. App access starts on Secure.
Can I skip cameras and still get ADT monitoring?
Yes. Secure monitors doors and windows without video. Complete adds doorbells and cameras. Skip video if a Midtown board or a Buckhead HOA will not allow it. The alarm on the doors still works.
Will the panel still reach ADT if Georgia Power is out?
Ask about cellular backup on the quote. A professionally installed system can still reach ADT if Georgia Power or the Wi-Fi drops. Cobb EMC, Jackson EMC, GreyStone Power, and Marietta Power cover other pockets.
The builder left a keypad in Alpharetta. Is that ADT?
Usually not. Builder leftover keypads in Alpharetta, Sandy Springs, and Marietta plats die with the closing Wi-Fi. Photograph yours. We replace it with a professionally installed, ADT-monitored system — or we turn a real ADT panel back on if that is what is on the wall.
