How do I get ADT installed in Atlanta?

How much is ADT monitoring in Atlanta?
Plans start at $49.99/mo for ADT Secure, then Secure+ $53.99, Smart $60.99 (most popular), and Complete $64.99, with a $99 install on many plans. Ask about the free alarm-system promo ($850 value) on qualifying monitoring*. A new monitoring agreement is required — typically 36 months. Early termination fees apply. Homeowners only.
Does Atlanta charge a yearly alarm-user fee?
No. Inside the city the permit is free. You still register it each year (CryWolf, 1-855-725-7102). Skip the registration and a false alarm can cost $150. After two warnings, extra false alarms run $50, then $100, then $200, then $500. Sandy Springs, Cobb, Marietta, and Gwinnett have their own rules. Other cities confirm from the ZIP.
There is a leftover keypad in my Sandy Springs resale. Now what?
Photograph it before you pull it off the wall. Many Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, and Marietta resales still have a panel. We can often turn ADT back on instead of starting over. Builder leftover keypads are usually not ADT — those get replaced.
Does monitoring work when Georgia Power is out?
Yes. The system can still reach ADT if Georgia Power or the Wi-Fi is down. Georgia Power covers most of Atlanta. Cobb EMC, Jackson EMC, GreyStone Power, and Marietta Power cover other pockets.
Is this site ADT corporate?

Can you install before we leave town?
Often yes — same-day or next-day when the calendar is open. Weekdays empty a lot of Atlanta houses. A flight or a commute downtown empties the same doors. Promotional offers are for homeowners, not short-term rentals. Say so on the call.
Do you cover Marietta, Decatur, and Alpharetta?
Yes, when the ZIP is in coverage. One Atlanta number for Fulton, DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, and Clayton. Confirm the ZIP on the call. Same-day or next-day is often available.
